Order & Shipping

Shipping, Changes, Cancellations, and Exchanges of Orders

I. Applicability

The following terms form part of the website’s Terms of Use and apply to all orders placed on the Roam Everywhere website.

II. Shipping Fees

We currently accept domestic and international orders.

     India:

     Shipping within India is free for orders above ₹5,000.

     A shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged for orders below ₹5,000.

     International:

     Shipping fees will vary depending on the destination. Additional fees will be calculated at checkout.

III. Shipping Information

     Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

     Orders within India typically take 3-5 business days to process and ship.

     International orders may take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

     Once the order is placed, the selected shipping method cannot be changed.

IV. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email or SMS with tracking details.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your order through the courier's website.

V. Changes to Orders

     Once an order is placed, no items can be added or removed.

     If you need to change the size or color of an item before shipping, please email cs.india@roameverywhere.com with your request. Changes are subject to stock availability.

     If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and offer an exchange or store credit.

VI. Order Cancellation

     You can cancel your order only if it is still in the “Unfulfilled” status.

     Please email cs.india@roameverywhere.com with your order number and customer details for cancellation.

VII. Exchange Policy

Roam Everywhere follows an Exchange-Only Policy. Returns and Refunds are not allowed unless the product arrived damaged.

Exchange Eligibility

     You can only exchange a product for a different size or another product of the same or higher value.

     Discounted products are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process

  1. Go to "Orders" in your account and click on "Request Exchange."
  2. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your address.
  3. Roam Everywhere will cover the return shipping costs for exchanges.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new product.
  5. If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the same value.

Exchange Conditions

     The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.
