Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to have the best experience with Roam Everywhere. If you need to exchange or return a product, please follow the steps below:
1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return
Exchanges/returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
No refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or damaged. Exchanges will be provided instead.
Final sale items and discounted purchases are non-returnable.
2. How to Request an Exchange or Return
Step 1: Email us at cs.india@roameverywhere.com with the subject "Exchange/Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
Include the following details in your email:
Order Number
Product Name
Reason for Exchange/Return
Preferred Exchange Product/Size/Color (if applicable)
Your Contact Information (Name, Email, Phone Number)
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.
Step 3: Once approved, our team will pick up the order.
Step 4: After receiving and inspecting your item, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you.
